Application Overview |  |
MyBizContax is a full featured, secure, session based application. It helps you to effectively manage your business by tracking invoices, quotes, timesheets and projects. It also provides you with a way of keeping your customers informed with its built in newsletter application. Invoicing can be either created and printed or you can invoice via email. All quoting is done via email. Client interaction is stored as events which helps you stay informed of all client contact.

Timesheet |  |
This feature allows an employee to record the length of time spent on a given project. They can choose the customer and the project type and click "start timer".
When they are finished, they can enter comments about the project and then stop the timer and all the information will be stored in the database. All timesheet entries can
be adjusted.

Events |  |
Tracking client contact information is easy with MyBizContax. Whenever a staff person is in contact with a customer, it is recorded in the events as an "Open" or "Closed" event.
This helps employees track communications with customers and improve turn around time in responding to the customers needs. All events are searchable.

Schedule |  |
The Scheduler is perfect for storing daily appointments or meetings. Your staff should never miss a meeting or appointment again. The Schedule is also searchable. Administrative Staff can schedule projects or tasks for staff.

Manage Staff |  |
Adding or modify staff information and security level is very easy with MyBizContax. When a staff member is added to the system, they are automatically emailed their
account information. Staff are easily deactived to prevent unauthorized access from MyBizContax. A Staff member can change their password at any given time. You can also track the time
a staff member has put into a project.

Job Quotes |  |
When a quote is generated, an email is sent to the client to approve the quote. When the client receives the email, they are given an address where they can approve the job and enter additional
comments and a target completion date. They are also given a docket number where they will be able to match up the quote with the invoice. The job quoter also uses the html newsletter system to
prepare a very professional looking quote.

Newsletter |  |
Keeping in touch with your customer base is very simple with MyBizContax. When you add a customer to the database, you have the option to allow them to receive a
newsletter. The newsletter is highly customizable and the output is in both plain text format and in HTML format. This gives your business the opportunity to keep your
customers informed and the potential to upsell new or existing services. When a customer receives the newsletter they are able to unsubscribe/subscribe at will via a web page.
All newsletters are archived for future viewing.

Invoicing |  |
This feature takes the pain out of collating information to prepare an invoice because the information is already stored in the time sheet. Any entries in the time sheet can be adjusted
and an additional charge can be added to the invoice. You can also create invoices without having entries in the timesheet. When all the information is filled out, you will have a choice of emailing or printing the invoice. At this point the invoice is stored in the database and then your are presented with a printable page with a prompt to print out the invoice. If you are a
subcontractor, you have the ability to choose which company to invoice.

Account Management |  |
After the invoice is generated, you can track accounts that are outstanding. You are also presented with totals informing you of the "Bottom Line". The Account section of
MyBizContax allows you to enter payments and generate an Excel file for any time period that you choose. The Accounts page also allows you to generate a report for
any year that you choose. This will help you see how your business is growing on a year to year basis. You also have the ability to reprint or email oustanding invoices.
